  • Within India: Shipped via Delhivery and Blue Dart
  • International: Shipped via FedEx and UPS

 Processing Time:

  • Standard Orders: Processed and dispatched within 3 business days of order confirmation.

  • Personalised or Made-to-Order Items: May require additional processing time, depending on the level of customization. These items are made from scratch and timelines will be communicated at via email.

Shipping Timeline:

Once dispatched, delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Domestic (India): Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days

  • International: Estimated delivery within 12–15 business days

Please note that these are estimated timelines. During high-volume periods, such as holidays or sale events, there may be slight delays.

 Shipping Charges:

  • India: Shipping is free on orders above $150.

  • International: Shipping is free on orders above $150.

Standard shipping rates apply to orders below this value, and will be calculated at checkout based on location and weight.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link.

Customs, Duties & Taxes:

There are no custom duties levied on sales within India. All prices are inclusive of GST. 

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.

  • Blue&Blues is not liable for any delays caused by customs procedures or clearance.
