1. What are the steps of buying item online?

Setting up an account
i. From the home page create a new account using the “My Account” link.
ii. In order to shop you need not to create an account; you can also buy products online as a guest shopper.
Online Shopping

  • Select product category from the links on the left hand side of the page.
  • Our products have been divided into three main categories– Men ,Women and B&B Goodies.
  • Once identifying the product click on the product image and you will be taken to the order path. This page will have the product description with the per unit price of the same.
  • The shopper will be given a choice of a colour.
  • Enter the quantity required and click the “Add to Cart” button.
  • Once you are on the Shopping Cart page, you can proceed with the online checkout process by clicking on the”Checkout” button. You can also add more products to your ‘Shopping Cart’ by clicking the “Continue Shopping” link. If you wish to amend the quantity the needful can be done using the update link.
  • The following page shows the products that you have chosen. Enter the billing and shipping information and click on Proceed to Payment.
  • You will be taken to our secure payment gateway where you can enter your account details and authorize the transaction.

2. Can I make purchase by phone, mail or fax?

Yes. If you are interested in procuring anything in particular from the website you can place an order by making the payment in advance. Please draw cheque in favor of “Blue & Blues Fashions (India) Ltd.” and mention your Style, Name and Contact number at the back of your cheque. We will process your order only on the receipt of the complete payment. In case of Cheques, the order will be processed only when the cheque gets cleared.

3. What are the payment methods that you accept?

We accept only Credit Card Payments online.

4. Do I have to pay for Taxes and Customs duties?

The B&B products are all priced inclusive of all applicable Governmental Taxes, Duties and/or other levies. However, in case of any local levies being imposed at the delivery destination (domestic or international), the same will have to be borne by the buyer, and B&B is not liable to pay the said local levies.

5. Is it safe to use my plastic card in our site?

YES, at B&B online store you can shop with confidence. We use – the most trusted and secure payment solutions the world over.
No credit card information is stored or used on our servers for security reasons.
All credit card transactions are conducted in most secured environment used by prominent banks all over the world.

6. How many days do you take to ship the product once purchased?

All orders received will be processed within 15 working days from the day of payment. In exceptional cases, where any product is customized or is out of stock, then it will take approximately 20 business days for delivery.

7. What are the shipping methods you have?

We usually ship by air &surface. We may use the sea if the destination so demands.

8. What are the charges of these different shipping methods?

For International deliveries -You would be charged a fixed shipping cost on and above the product price based on equalized freight. B&B shall charge fixed shipping cost within a country irrespective of the location where the product needs to be shipped within the country. However, this fixed shipping cost would vary country wise. For Domestic Deliveries- For domestic deliveries i.e. deliveries within India we offer Free Shipping on all orders.

9. How can I track my order?

We have an Order Tracking page which is continuously updated from the receipt of order to its dispatch. On dispatch of your order, you will receive shipment details via e-mail. In case you have not received the shipment confirmation via e-mail, please contact us through the Contact Us form.

11. Can I change my shipping address once I have placed the order?

Yes. In order to change the shipment details of the order placed, please email us on info@blueandblues.com within 48hrs of placing your order with the alternate delivery address. A confirmation of the same would be sent by us via an e-mail. There is no extra shipping charge which gets applied within the country. The shipping charges to international destinations vary from location to location and will be applied as per the location. Once the order has been shipped we cannot change the shipping address.

12. Can I send gifts to persons in different zones within the country from your site?

Yes. For International deliveries -You can send gifts to your dear ones across the country. You would be charged a fixed shipping cost on and above the product price based on equalized freight. 14. Do you charge anything extra for sending gifts?

There is no extra charge for sending gifts from our website. We understand that our products are popular gift ideas. The packaging of our products are quite attractive and do not need further gift-wrapping. Hence, no extra charges are required.

17. Can I return your product purchased online to any of your physical shops?

Yes! All returned products should be in pristine condition. We cannot accept return of products that have been modified. Products returned will be inspected by our specialized team. In case of any manufacturing defect we would replace/ exchange the product. Not only this, in case of manufacturing defects the round trip shipping costs be borne by B&B. No return / refund are applicable if the goods are destroyed / damaged/ tampered in transit or if the packaging is distorted. The warranty for our product in case of manufacturing defect is 1 year.

19. How do I know of any promotions in B&B website?

We occasionally offer promotions in connection with special days and events to provide our customers with savings on their online orders. In case of registered users, we shall send mail/SMS regarding our upcoming products & offers.

20. Are my personal credentials entered in the site secured?

Your personal details that are collected through our website are kept private and secure and will not be passed to any third party outside the B&B group companies. The details will only be used to keep you informed regarding any updates to the B&B website.

21. Do you have a product catalog?

22. How do I take care of a B&B product?

23. Do you maintain any quality checks for your product?

We maintain quality checks for all our products before dispatching. We ensure you receive the product in the best of the condition. Any tampering done to the product after it gets delivered will not be levied on B&B.
